RP Example ||

(from WoBS RP) The sun had barely risen over the tops of the trees as Hailstep's dark green gaze flickered to life, blinking a few times to clear the sleep from them before opening for good. A messy, fluffy gray flank rose steeply once and fell again slowly, the sound of air leaving the tom's nostrils a welcome disturbance to the near-silent den full of sleeping Clanmates. Rising to his paws and moving into a stretch, the Deputy loosened his aching muscles and let out a large yawn, with whiskers twitching as he did so. Moving to an upright position, the gray tom looked around. His Clanmates all slept soundly, except for those he had assigned to night patrol. The sight was a welcome one- that of a peaceful Clan. Stepping out into the Clearing, the morning chill struck Hailstep's fur. It didn't reach down to his skin, however, with his thick pelt protecting him from any sort of morning cold. Winter would be another matter, but there was a long time before that came. A glance towards the High Rock informed him that the Leader was not yet out and about. But alas, it was time to make patrols. Hailstep started going through the list in his head. Who hunted yesterday? Who patrolled? Who has to train with their apprentices today? As the sun rose higher in the sky, slowly but surely, the tom slowly made his way to the high rock to await the Clan.

Fluffykit, before coming to the Clan, was born to two young loners; a beautiful mother and a rugged father. The mother, a beautiful pointed tabby she-cat, died shortly following their birth, and the father was left to care for them. After the loss of his mate, his father eventually grew unable to look at his kitten, his fur the likeness of his late mate. He sent the kit away into the forest, grief clouding his judgement. Fluffykit was found by a lucky passing border patrol from CedarClan. Coming to CedarClan really stressed Fluffykit out, but he's slowly getting over it. He doesn't like being around so many cats, but he stays quiet and out of the way anyway, so not much bother comes his way.
